Our smokehouse craftsmen use a carefully guarded recipe to produce a nut-brown, savory bird that's moist and juicy and ready for the most discriminating taste. Our fresh and smoked game birds are processed in a government inspected facility. Naturally, we use no preservatives, artificial flavorings or additives.

Oak, hickory and other wood chips impart the very special "Oakwood flavor" to each smoked Pheasant.

We fill all game bird orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week.  

Orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air.  

Your order by phone or mail can be tailored to your specific requests including shipping date, gift card messages or other little touches you'd like to add.

If you live in Minnesota--please visit our retail store located in Princeton, MN (just one hour north of the twin cities on Hwy. 169).  While you are here we can put together gift packages for you to take home or give as a gift.  You can also readily see the products we have available if you would prefer us to conveniently ship your gift to relatives or friends.
